Well, I think I should introduce myself, right? My name is Valéria, and some of my passions are the world's cuisine and cuisine with all the flavors, textures and aromas inherent to each country. And that is what I propose to bring to you, a little bit of everything that inspires us to cook with love and share this alchemy with those we love: music, movie tips, restaurants, country culture and everything that can take us back to the roots of every recipe that I'll post. Sometimes we are limited to the obvious in our daily lives, as if we live in a world of our own, and we dare not look at the diversity of our Planet and even our own country, not to mention distant lands that, sometimes, we never heard of it.
This is a blog for those who wish to "travel", and travel, here in quotation marks, because we can do this also virtually, feeling unknown aromas and flavors. It is like a journey to places never seen before every first time you use a spice, herb and / or ingredient. In the first, we go with a guide because we do not know the stops, in the second and third, we dare to do it alone because we have already tried and know some secrets. So it is in the kitchen, more and more they will dare, try and discover new flavors. Some of them, at first, do not please us, but we must insist again and again and again. Some will certainly start to be part of your favorites, while others will not really be part of your kitchen, ever ... lol .... The important thing is not to be limited by fear of the unknown.
