How to peel peppers

If you are going to use the oven, you need to grease them, if you go straight to the flame, you don't have to. Put them where you prefer and let them have black skin, as if they were burned. Remove from oven or fire, place in a plastic bag and leave for a few minutes. Then rinse them under running water, cut them in half removing the seeds and that's it, that's all. Easy isn't it?

Sour cream - secret not to whittle

When using the cream and it is not fresh, add a pinch of cornstarch before taking it to the fire or oven. This will ensure that it will not chisel. The same goes for dishes made with yogurt, which due to acidity, tend to carve; use the same procedure, after all we don't want the dish with a look like that, do we?

How to sterilize glasses

Always check that the glass is not cracked, that the lids are good and free from rust and that the sealing rubber on the lids is not compromised. If in doubt, it is better to purchase new covers to avoid compromising the product.

Wash the glass well with detergent, removing any residue from the label and / or glue, leaving them absolutely clean.

According to the size or quantity of the pots to be sterilized, take a pot to the fire, covering the bottom with an impeccably clean dish towel. Place the glasses on the dish towel and fill with water until completely covered, remembering clearly that in this process the pots will also be filled with water. Turn on the heat and as soon as it starts boiling, count from 10 to 15 minutes. Remove them from the pan with tweezers and place them on paper towels upside down, then inverting the position until they dry naturally. The lids should be boiled separately for 5 minutes.
