FLUFFY BUNS
Morning!!
I, for sure, had never experienced such a fluffy and delicious bread recipe. These buns melt in your mouth and can't be easier. This really does not need beating, just mix the ingredients well, let grow and shape your rolls. In a few minutes you will have them warm to eat with whatever you want.
I will not comment much and nor do the step by step of so easy that is this recipe, but you can watch the video, run in the kitchen and prepare your bun.
Ah! and if you still have the next day you can warm up in the microwave, wrapping in a paper napkin and leaving for about 12-15 seconds, it will again become fluffy as if it had just come out of the oven.
FLUFFY BUNS
Instructions:
In a bowl put milk, sugar and active dry yeast
Mix and cover with film paper and let stand for 10 min.
After that add oil, vinegar, baking powder, salt and mix.
Add eggs.
Mix well and add the flour gradually.
Stir with a fouet or Wood spoon.
Work the dough quickly with your hands.
At this time it will be sticky
Add butter.
Mix well until completely incorporated into the dough.
Cover again with film paper and let rise until double in size
Put the dough to rest in a large bowl, mine ended up overflowing.
As soon as the dough has grown lower it with the palm of your hands.
Transfer the dough to a work surface sprinkled with flour and work for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the dough into small portions, make balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with premium paper. Let rest until doubled in volume, approx. 10 min.
Brush the surface with an egg yolk.
Put sesame on top or
a little cinnamon with sugar
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
With Sicilian lemon jelly or with butter or both of them?
