PIZZA CAKE
Good afternoon!
Laziness to think of something different to do? So stay here for a few minutes and see this recipe super easy, in fact there is no way to be easier, since it can be done in a blender and then just put cheese and put in the oven. Easy isn't it?
Of course you can use other types of cheese, but I like those cheeses that melt and get gooey.
These times have been so difficult that we must seek strength and make every moment the best possible, after all we must thank every second for our health and of course, mentalizing health for those who find themselves in situations of total despair. For this reason we will have faith and courage to continue with our journey.
So no laziness, we go for a pinch of new things in our day to day, we will innovate, create and try new things, or not so new, but by different paths.

Step by step - How to make
Beat in a blender the eggs, milk, olive oil, ghee or oil of your choice.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and slowly add the flour, stirring constantly with the help of a fouet.
You can do the whole process in the blender. I preferred to put only the liquids and then add the dry ingredients.
Incorporate the ferment and salt. I put even in the pasta oregano and black pepper, of course, totally optional.
Put the dough on the previously greased baking sheet and with a spatula, spread the soft cheese (creamy cheese).
Top with grated or sliced mozzarella and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with oregano and basil and bake for 30 min or until the cheese is gratinated.
You can put Parmesan on top and also in the dough.
Serve hot.
Variations: you can add ham or smoked turkey breast.
In the photo below you will see that I put instead of the tomato a layer of tomato sauce, of course it can not soak, otherwise the dough will not cook though, spread sauce over the cheese enough to cover it.

Ingredients - dough
2 cups wheat flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil or oil of your choice
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Filling:
200 gr of creamy cheese
350 gr mozzarella grated or sliced
1 sliced tomato
basil
oregano
Instructions - dough
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Grease a rectangular baking sheet of approx. 30 cm.
Beat in a blender eggs, milk, olive oil or oil.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and slowly add the flour, stirring constantly with the help of a fouet.
Stir in baking powder and salt.
Put the dough on the previously greased baking sheet and with a spatula, spread the curd creamy cheese on it.
Top with grated mussarela and the sliced tomato.
Sprinkle with oregano and basil and bake for 30 min.
