COFFEE WALNUT CAKE

Good morning!

Today I will not give the step by step through pictures, since it is available in the video below, otherwise, let's combine? This Post will be too long and since I don't like long posts, I take this reference for myself.

Well, it seems that I am entering the phase of making sweet recipes. No, don't worry, because this cake is not very sweet. It is just the right measure to feel the intense flavor of coffee.

This recipe is for the lovers of this drink, who like to feel its strong flavor, without, or almost without sugar, but cake without sugar it's difficult, isn't it? So in this recipe, we will use the least amount possible.

Here are some details:

Instant coffee: I used this product because I love the taste of instant coffee. Not to drink as coffee, but when added to milk, or some sweet like ice cream, pudding, pave, hmmmm is super!!! The flavor is amazing. However, if you want to prepare your own espresso, feel free. Do as you like, more or less intense, but with the amount of water indicated in the recipe.

Masala Chaï: I added in my recipe, Masala Chaï to give a warmer flavor and it also turns the cake out great, in fact excellent!!! Now, a little propaganda: if you want to buy Masala Chaï, go to this link https://shopee.com.br/product/330161165/10815038469/ and use this mix in many recipes.

Walnuts or Hazelnuts: hard decision, isn't it? Both have a spectacular flavor, but if you want, you can use both, or just one of them. Almond? Yes, why not? Whatever you use, just don't forget: they should be roasted to bring out the flavor.

Spices: can you add a touch of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg? Of course you can! I didn't put it in mine because I used Masala Chaï, but you can use a pinch of each. Okay, I guess that's it, now just go in the kitchen and prepare your own. You will fall in love with this super easy recipe.
